Ridley Wills - Owner & Design Director
Ridley is a native Nashvillian and graduated from the University of Virginia School of Architecture with a Bachelor of Architectural History. He began his career renovating houses for re-sale before founding the company in 1990. Since then, he has been perfecting the Design/Build process and building an award-winning reputation for his expertise in residential renovations. Ridley is an active member of the Nashville community. Currently, he is serving on numerous boards including Nashville Area Habitat for Humanity, Belle Meade Plantation, and the Shaker Museum of South Union, Kentucky. He was the 2012 Co-chair of the Conservancy Gala for The Conservancy for the Parthenon and Centennial Park and is also involved with Leadership Nashville. Ridley and his wife, Betsy, have two children, Meade and Ridley. They also have two dogs named Duke and Poncho.

Wendell Harmer - Owner & General Manager
Wendell is a native Nashvillian with over 15 years experience in the construction industry. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Organizational Development. Wendell has been instrumental in formulating policies, procedures, and training that allow the company to hire and keep the best craftspeople in the renovation business. Wendell and his wife, Elizabeth, have two boys. They spend as much time as possible in the outdoors.

Dave White - Client Account Manager
Dave joined The Wills Company in 1999 as a carpenter before being promoted to a Renovation Project Manager. Promoted again in 2004, Dave took on new responsibilities as a Client Account Manager for Wills Handyman. Originally from St. Louis, Dave holds a degree in Earth Science and has worked as an environmental technician. Dave has been married to his wife Amy for 10 years. He enjoys the great outdoors in middle Tennessee including rock climbing and fly-fishing.

Chris A. Carroll - Client Account Manager
Chris joined The Wills Company in 2011 and is a lifelong Nashvillian. He is a graduate of Emory University and has 20 years of experience in sales and customer service. Chris enjoys traveling, tennis, reading and spending time with his nieces.

Tony Brown - Production Coordinator
Tony started his career with The Wills Company in 1999 as a carpenter. He was quickly promoted to Project Manager, then estimator, and Tony now serves as Production Coordinator for Wills Handyman. He has 14 years of experience in his field. Tony enjoys sports such as golf, climbing, and volleyball.

Nicole Kotys Orgain - Office Manager
Nicole is a native of Columbus, OH, but has called Nashville home for the past six years. She is usually the first person you’ll talk to when you call or come to our office. We think she’s great and you will too! When she’s not providing excellent service to our clients, she can be found trying a new recipe, taking a trip, or hanging out with her baby, dog, and husband.

Tom Little - Production Manager
Tom joined The Wills Company in 2007 and has over 20 years experience in the construction industry with specialties and certifications in: IRC Building, Plumbing Inspection and Installation, Master Window Installer ,Erosion Control Specialist and Sediment Control Specialist. He was born in Hillsboro, TX and graduated from Texas A&M with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics. He is married to Linda, and in his spare time enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping.

Brian Myers - Project Manager
Brian joined The Wills Company in 1999 as a renovation carpenter, before being promoted to Project Manager. He brings 11 years of experience as a carpenter to the company and a whole lot of unfiltered enthusiasm. Brian's deep commitment to the company and our clients is motivating and completely contagious. He and his wife, Debi, have four children. In his spare time, Brian enjoys fishing and playing with his "grandbabies".

Matt McClure - Estimator
Matt and his wife, Denise, are both from Tullahoma, Tennessee and live in the Inglewood area of Nashville. They have three children - two girls and a boy. Outside of work, Matt mainly stays busy between the activities of his kids and working on his vintage home. Following graduation from Vanderbilt University in 1991, Matt went to work for an asphalt paving company located in the Florida panhandle. Three years later, he returned to Nashville and began working as a project manager and eventually an estimator in the commercial/industrial construction industry. Matt joined The Wills Company in 2009.

Alex Lee - Accounting Manager
Alex received his accounting degree from Tennessee Tech University and is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional, and an AICPA Certified Information Technology Professional. Say that five times fast! In addition to keeping the books cleaned up and the computers running at The Wills Company, Alex is active in various construction and accounting professional groups, where he speaks on integrating technology into accounting and construction systems. Alex and his wife Rachel, enjoy gardening and farming in their spare time. Alex joined The Wills Company in 2010.

Mike Hoff - Lead Draftsman
Mike, otherwise known as “The Hoff”, has 15 years of drafting experience. Mike’s love of period homes and excellent attention to detail make him a great fit for our team! In his free time, Mike can be found whitewater rafting, gardening, or hiking with his dog, Sambuca.

Jennifer Rader - Marketing Manager
Jennifer joined The Wills Company team in June 2012 as the Marketing Manager for the firm. She oversees the strategic branding and day-to-day marketing of all the design/build remodeling business as well as the handyman and home maintenance program. A Virginia native, she graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. Jennifer has served on the Board of Directors for the Nashville Chapter of the American Marketing Association and Waves, Inc. Jennifer and her daughter share their home with a golden retriever, a cat and two frogs.

Fred Arrington - Handyman
Fred brings more than 12 years of experience to The Wills Company. Beginning his career with the company in 1993 as a renovation carpenter and later as Project Manager, Fred’s work has resulted in countless successful projects and satisfied clients. Fred and his wife, Denise, have four children. Fred also enjoys fishing and attending auctions.

Travis Briley - Handyman
Travis joined The Wills Company in 2004 and brings over 9 years of expertise in carpentry to the job. Travis is a Nashville native. He and his wife Tiffany have one son. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Ken Haynie - Handyman
Ken joined the Wills Company in 2006 as a renovation carpenter with over 20 yrs. of experience. Originally from San Francisco, Ken and his wife Beth have lived in Tennessee for more than 12 years. He served in the United States Air Force and was a law enforcement officer for six years. Ken and Beth have a boxer named Roxy; and when they are not busy, they enjoy church activities and sports.

Mike Fishbeck - Handyman
Mike joined The Wills Company in 2001 and has 18 years of carpentry experience. Mike is a huge asset to the team, not only for his superb handyman skills, but also for his unique problem solving abilities. Mike is a BPI Certified Home Energy Auditor and conducts all of our In-Home Assessments. Mike and his fiance, Misty, have three children and he enjoys spending time with his family in his free time.
